1. I would like a custom made design, can you please quote for this?
   
   I have set prices for custom design and can be found on either eBay or Oztion. Please place your order and make your payment and then I will send you an email requesting more information from you to create your design.
   
   The most basic requirements will be a listing page and store header/shop banner.
   
   
   
2. I have my own logo, can I add this to a pre-made template?
   
   I will first need to review your logo to determine whether is is good enough quality to add to the pre-made template. A fee of $19.99 USD applies to have it added to a pre-made design.
   
   
   
3. Can I add more images to the template?
   
   Unless otherwise state, all templates are made to grow in length so you can add your as many images as you like. You may have a width restriction and you will be informed of that when you are sent the template file.
   
   
   
4. I cannot find a template to match what I sell, can you make up a design for me to look at?
   
   To be blunt - no. I have so many orders to complete, that I cannot spare the time creating artwork that may never be purchased. Purchase a custom-made template and I will be happy to create what ever you want.
   
   
   
5. I cannot find a template that matches what I sell
   
   Try doing a search within my store and if you cannot find anything that suites your needs, order a custom-design.
   
   
   
6. How long does it take to get my template?
   
   At present I am working to five to seven working days. If you want your template same day (weekends excluded) then a 50% surcharge applies on the total cost of your order.
   
   
   
7. Can you look at my listings and tell me what you think I need
   
   I am more than happy to give you an appraisal. It will be brief, unless you make a purchase first and then I will go into detail about what needs improving and what is working. Even if you are a Power Seller, you still possibly could be doing it better. Greensburg Guitar and Music, did just that and increased sales by 30% with the new listing page format, and promotional graphics.
   
   
   
8. Can you alter my existing logo and template?
   
   If you are the owner of the copyright, then yes I can. Please confirm this with the creator of your artwork first.
   
   
   
9. I would like to ring you to discuss a few things, what is your phone number?
   
   I do not offer a phone number being a web-based business. The reason is that I work on a queue system and a phone call stops me in my tracks from completing customer orders and answering email enquiries. Emails are replied to promptly so just ask your questions and I will endeavour to answer same day, if I can. I am sure you can appreciate the fact that if I was trying to get your order completed, if I sent you an email saying I was too busy answering phone calls, you would be pretty much cheesed-off with me.
   
   
   
10. I have seen a template I like but would like different colours, can they be changed?
    
    Yes, all templates can have the colours changed. Use this here to purchase.
    
    
    
11. Can you create a website for me?
    
    Of course I can as I am a web developer. The majority of templates can be converted to be used on your website as well, or I can custom design. Pre-made web templates are $45.00 USD.
    
    
    
12. Can you fix up my shopping cart?
    
    Email me the cart and I will give you an appraisal. I warn you now, it most likely will not be cheap as you will be paying my hourly rate to fix it.
    
    
    
13. Can I see samples of your work?
    
    Please take the time to view all my templates to give you an idea of the quality of my work plus my portfolio pages.
    
    
    
14. Can the templates be used on my website?

15. Do you also do listing templates with categories and sub categories?
    
    Yes I do. It is important for you to realise that customised menus means if you alter/rename your categories, the menu will require altering as well, or links will not work.
    
    My fee is $3.50 per link, plus the cost to create any headings to match your layout.
    
    
    
16. Can you change the layout or headings on the pre-made templates?
    
    Yes. Again as for FAQ 10, the template cost will be $95.00 USD.
    
    
    
17. Can I use your template in the Turbo Lister?
    
    The Turbo lister is just another way to add your listings, like doing them direct on the eBay site, only it is on your own computer and the uploaded when you are ready to upload. All you are doing is pasting in the HTML code to the Lister. I provide full instructions on how to do this.
    
    
    
18. Can I get matching eStationery?
    
    Yes. All templates can be converted to HTML newsletters, or I can custom make for you.
    
    
    
19. Can I direct deposit to your bank account?
    
    No. I no longer accept direct deposits to my bank account because of bank fees and the fact, I never know when the payment has been made as customers NEVER bother to tell me they have made the payment and then I have to go hunting for it. Instead, I accept cash deposits from PayPal so you can easily direct deposit there from your own bank account. You get a confirmation email, and so do I. You also have buyer protection and IT COSTS YOU NOTHING TO USE IT!
    
    
    
20. What does hosting your template mean?
    
    For the template images to appear in your listings, they need to be 'hosted' so that they are 'served-up' and visible to your buyers. Template images are stored on our servers and we do not permit these images to be stored on your own server, unless you pay a fee of $95.00 USD and then all images will be sent to you. This does not make you the copyright owner, you are only granted permission to use this way.
    
    
21. If have no idea about HTML!
    

    No problems - I expect the average buyer not to know HTML and so my templates are created so you never have to worry about this. Guaranteed DUMMY FRIENDLY!
    
    PLEASE NOTE: The term 'dummy' is a word not as a put-down but rather a term now used to describe a person with little knowledge on the subject, but willing to learn more.

    HTML code is what makes your template appear... if you did not already know that.
    

22. Do I add the images and text myself to the template?
    
    Yes you do - very simple with the system I have in place for you to use. You can also add different terms and conditions to each of your listings.
    
    
23. I already have a look in mind, can you do this for me?
    
    Yes, I can via a custom design.
    
    
24. I am starting a new store/shop, what do I need?
    
    Please refer to the custom design section of my store. At a minimum, you will need a custom listing page and header/banner.
    
    
25. Do you do Flash banners?
    
    I can create anything that is digitally created. Animations, image roll-overs, expandable/hidden menus, online forms - ANYTHING!
    
    
26. Do you create store fronts?
    
    Yes I do. These are created at different levels, depending on which package you have ordered.
    
    
27. Can I send you images to look at?
    
    Please DO NOT email files over 500Kb in size or they will be rejected and your email will never be received, nor read. Send an email first letting me know you are going to send files if you are not sure and please make it clear what the images are referring to and previous conversations had. I get so many email enquiries from eBay that can I lose track of discussions, if not recent.
    
    
28. What is a single user license?
    

    This is a license I give for you to use my work for a 12 month period. It means you do not have permission to use on a second auction site, under a different name or on your own website. You can however, use on as many pages under the purchased name as you like. If you wish to use, elsewhere, all you do is purchase again and permission will be given. If you wish to own the pre-made design outright so no-one else does, pay the custom design fee and it will be removed from re-sale.

    My designs are not created in seconds and especially for custom design, I research first before your design is created. This protects my intellectual property and means I am not working for nothing!

    Part of your single user license is that the digital artwork will reference me as the designer. This is to protect my intellectual property and your purchase from theft.
    

29. I need someone to maintain my store/shop, can you do this?
    
    Yes I do. I am presently webmaster to 12 websites and now I am offering the same webmaster services to online auctions. Logs are kept and when the phone rings or an email requires answering, I log off so you can be rest assured that you are billed fairly. You will also benefit from my extensive marketing expertise, small business experience of 20 years plus creative web design skills.
    
    
30. Can you create a shopping cart for me?
    

    That is my full-time profession! I offer a pre-made cart which I customise for you. You can do this yourself, however it will take you days, even weeks to do it yourself and you do need web development skills. My fee to customise, saves you time and stress!

31. What are colour codes?
    

    The hexadecimal (geek speak) codes that the browser interprets into colour.

    Example . . . White= #FFFFFF  Black= #000000  Lime Green= #96DE0A

32. Can I use my template on other auction sites?
    
    I can customise any of the designs for any auction site. I have full installation instructions for eBay and my instructions are written for dummies! An additional license fee applies and I do check to see if this is being abused and will act accordingly.
